How to Pay the Monthly Fee?

Our fee is officially $928 MXN per month

Offices can now pay up to one year in advance.

This fee is fixed for at least one year (VAT included).

Charges run on the 8th of each month; you can pay before that date to stay current.

If you have never made a payment and were blocked, we consider you never used the service; your first payment only covers the current month.

Payment Announcement & Billing

• 📢 Our fee is now $928 MXN per month and will remain fixed for at least one year (VAT included).

• 💵 MLS fees for offices were as follows:
  • 📅 October: $580 MXN
  • 📅 November: $696 MXN
  • 📅 December: $812 MXN
  • 📅 January: $928 MXN
• 🚀 October 2025 is officially the first month of operations.
• 🧾 All prices already include VAT.
• ✅ Users who have already been paying since May have a balance in their favor.
• 🎁 The previous service cost was $1000 MXN including VAT.
• ✔️ Ensure your billing information matches your “Acta de Situación Fiscal” to avoid issues.
• 📄 If your PDF or XML tax receipt does not appear in Payment History, request it again and verify that your billing information is correct.
• ⚙️ Tax receipts are generated automatically by the system once the request is submitted.

Technical support available

We offer personalized training and troubleshooting through support tickets. Our team is available for on-site visits to agencies by appointment if needed. Phone calls in English or Spanish are available at +52 (415) 100 7191 for immediate assistance with payments, billing, or unresolved support tickets not handled by administrative staff. WhatsApp is not available for messages, only for phone calls.
